NOISE is a global creative community that provides exellent
exposure for emerging artists.
The noise beginings started out as an Australian driven media arts festival called LOUD back in 1998, which was run in collaboration with Tripple J. It has now evolved into a all year round project rather then a once a year festival and incoporates submissions from all over the globe.
